1. Download or update the latest version of the Paxel app
2. Create Shipment by clicking the "PaxelBig" menu
3. Input the pick-up and destination data info
4. Set the estimated time for delivery
5. Input the information regarding package details (weight, size, and type of package)
6. Select a payment method
7. The package will be picked up by Hero or Driver Blue Bird Group
8. The package handled well by Blue Bird Group
9. Package received by the customer
With the PaxelBig service, you can send packages with a weight of up to 20 kg and a maximum dimension up to 80cm (1 side). Enjoy PaxelBig services with economical delivery costs starting from 2,000 per Kg (Above 10 Kg).
