Paxel Operational Schedule on Lebaran 2021 Holidays
The operational schedule for delivery services during the Lebaran holidays is quite important for some people who have to send packages at that time. Paxel continues to serve pick-up and delivery of packages during the Eid holidays.
Regarding the Eid holiday period, through a Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) it has been determined that the Joint Leave for the Eid holidays falls on May 12, 2021, and Eid holidays on May 13-14, 2021.
Then, along with the SKB, the Government through Satuan Tugas (Satgas) issued Surat Edaran (SE) Number 13 of 2021 concerning the elimination of the Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah homecoming to control the spread of Covid-19 by conducting insulation at several points in Indonesia, whether by air, sea or land.
To optimize package delivery on Eid al-Fitr, Paxel adjusts delivery capacity by changing operational schedules for pick-up or delivery. The following is Paxel's operational schedule during the Eid holidays:

Delivery Schedule : 08:00 s/d 22:00

Pick-up Schedule : 12:00 s/d 20:00
Delivery Schedule : 12:00 s/d 22:00

The delivery process in the middle of the Eid homecoming prohibition policy is a challenge for delivery services, including Paxel, in delivering packages on time.
