Currently, PaxelBig services can be enjoyed in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Malang, and Denpasar. Also, will continue to be available in many other cities soon. Here's an easy way to make a PaxelBig delivery in the Paxel app.
- Download or update the Paxel app to the latest version
- Open the Paxel app and select the PaxelBig menu
- Enter the required shipping data info. Your pick-up and destination info, estimated pick-up and arrival times that can be selected according to your wishes, and package details (Package size and weight, item type), also add a donation (Optional).
- Select your preferred payment method and complete your payment. Currently, cashless payments are available for PaxelBig delivery starting from Paxel Credit and e-Wallet.
