Pay for Flat Price Shipment with GoPay
Go-Pay payments are now available on the Paxel app! Sending Sameday Delivery packages is more convenient with more payment options!
Hi Sahabat Paxel! Currently, you can send packages via Paxel using 3 payment methods, namely Paxel Credit, Cash On Pick-up, and most recently, using the GoPay e-wallet in the Paxel application.
Before sending packages using GoPay e-wallet payment, please pay attention to the following:
- Make sure all of your delivery settings are correct before you make a payment with GoPay. Estimated pick-up and arrival, type of shipment or package, package size, Sender/Receiver data, Add-on/Additional packaging, etc.
- If there is excess shipping cost after you finish making a payment with GoPay, the excess shipping cost will be added to your GoPay balance.
- If there is a shipping shortage due to an insufficient GoPay balance, you can cancel the shipment and make a new shipment.
Now, let's see how to send packages using GoPay payment:
- Make sure your Paxel app is updated to the latest version
- Make your shipment in the Paxel app
- After completing the delivery data, continue payment by clicking "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT/LANJUT KE PEMBAYARAN"
- Select the "GoPay" payment method, then click "PAY NOW/BAYAR SEKARANG"
- Then select "OPEN GoJek Application/Buka Aplikasi Gojek" then you will be directed to the GoJek app
- Check your payment again and there will be a Shipping Cost nominal from Paxel, click "CONFIRM & PAY/ CONFIRM & PAY"
- Enter your GoJek PIN to complete the payment
- Wait 5 seconds to return to the Paxel app and Your shipment was successfully made!
Easy isn't it? Sending packages using Paxel is now more convenient with more variety of payment options, and of course with flat shipping cost!
